Impacting Santander commercial executives

On August 25, for the second time, we had the opportunity to impact employees of Santander Bank. And on this occasion we did it in a wonderful place, on the beaches of Ixtapa – Zihuatanejo.

But before talking about what we experienced, we have to thank the Agency for the trust it has had in us as its integration and growth service providers. If you want to know more about them, you can do so here: https://www.la-agencia.com.mx/

The main theme that the collaborators had in this retreat was focused on TRANSFORMATION and we focused on personal and mental transformation and a key element that we focused on to work on this transformation was to MAKE THEM UNCOMFORTABLE, with the aim of motivating them to choose by their own decision. get uncomfortable and get out of your comfort zone to find new meanings.

Our collaboration was made up of two contents, the first was a conference by our General Director, Daniel Gómez de la Vega, who spoke and intellectually challenged the audience with his conference titled “Comfortable in discomfort” and later our friends and allies of Tron X They held a workshop/experience where business executives and some directors had the experience of knowing and applying breathing techniques, ending with a cold immersion (ice).

The objective of the workshop was to present to the collaborators a way to heal, care for and listen to their body and mind and have resources at hand for their daily life and their work life, in which they practiced breathing techniques to relieve and improve stress. , improve your mental health, increase concentration and many other positive benefits from simply breathing with intention and technique.
