Surfing Smiles: Breaking Barriers and Creating Unforgettable Adventures on the Beaches of Jalisco
On August 19 and 20, waves of excitement flooded the coasts of Punta Perula and Cuastecomates Playa Inclusante in the beautiful state of Jalisco, while Surfeando Sonrisas made its debut on these beaches full of magic.
With the strong support of Tron Before, during and after the clinics, their caring hearts made it possible for participants with disabilities (PwD)♿️ to embrace the ocean in an unforgettable experience.
Although attendance could have been higher, we understand that each new beach is a new challenge. Therefore, we extend a sincere request to local authorities to embrace these transformative opportunities. The beaches of these charming municipalities can become settings where people with disabilities discover a range of possibilities. More than just activities, these experiences enrich the health and self-esteem of those who participate.
As we move forward, Surfing Smiles continues to sail the waters of Mexican beaches, weaving smiles and weaving stories. Each wave is a new adventure for those who long to explore the unexplored. Together, we defy limitations and create memories that will last forever.
