High Impact Experiences
The essential objective of these experiences is to be able to offer a unique moment, which requires absolute presence, which translates into awareness of the moment.
Through these experiences and training sessions, you will be able to release your potential, work the physical part but above all the mind and take control of that voice of judgment that we all have and that sometimes tells us "you are not going to make it" "no you are enough”.
01. BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND EXPOSURE TO ICE
Category: Personal growth, mindset, therapy
Ability: 40 pax
Duration: 3-4h (depending on the number of pax)
Goals:
• Optimize your breathing techniques
• Understand how your body naturally adapts to the cold, obtaining multiple benefits.
• Learn and know the method to apply it in your daily life.

Category: Extreme Sport, skill and balance, anti-stress
Ability: 10 pax
Duration: 2-5 hours. (1 hr. intro/warm-up/stretch)
- Learn to use the electric foil board safely in the four phases: lay down, in four points, stop without flying and finally stop flying.
- Challenge the body and mind with a new and exciting experience, similar to an airplane flight but fused with surfing.
- Improve balance either to move on to another water board sport or as training and preparation for another sport/activity.
- Have fun.
03. FOUNDATION TRAINING
It's a simple solution that provides the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.
Through a series of bodyweight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors your hips, decompresses your spine, and teaches you to take the load of supporting your body off your joints and into where it belongs; in your muscles
No matter your age or fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.

04. SURFING
Category: D.extreme sport, health, therapy and mindset
Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours.
Ability: 35 pax
Benefits:

05. Dinner under the waves
