Strengthening Beach Safety: A Mission of the Surfing Smiles Foundation
Last Saturday, April 13th, we had the privilege of contributing to beach safety in Nayarit. In a joint initiative with Civil Protection and the State Lifeguards, we trained 22 personnel in the use of amphibious wheelchairs.
At Surfing Smiles Foundation, we believe in the power of collaboration to create a positive impact on our community. This training is an example of how we are committed not only to the inclusion and well-being of people with disabilities, but also to the safety and well-being of everyone who enjoys our beaches.
We are honored to have shared our knowledge and experience with Civil Protection and the State Lifeguards, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate to create safer and more inclusive environments for everyone.
